1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through kebaguesthouse.com (the “Website”), operated by Keba Guesthouse(“we”, “us”, “our”), located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. By completing a booking on this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your booking.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed via our secure third-party payment provider. You will receive a booking reference code beginning with “KEBA-” which serves as your confirmation. No reservation is guaranteed until payment is complete.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By completing a booking you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all guest details entered are accurate.

3. Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy

Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of travel plans, illness, flight cancellations, visa issues, or early departure. By clicking “Confirm & Pay” and completing payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers accommodation cancellations before completing your booking.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by a PCI DSS compliant third-party payment provider. Keba Guesthouse does not store your card details. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

In the event of a payment failure, no booking will be created and you will not be charged. If a technical error results in a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at kebabnb@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the property. Failure to check in on the booked arrival date without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property, furnishings, and other guests with respect.
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the room booked.
• Comply with all property rules communicated at check-in.
• Cover the cost of any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Keba Guesthouse reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the property immediately, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct or violation of property rules.

7. Breakfast

Breakfast is optional and is not included in the online booking price. Guests who indicate a breakfast preference during booking are expressing interest only — breakfast is ordered and paid separately at the property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keba Guesthouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your stay or use of this Website, including loss of personal belongings, injury, or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability to any guest shall not exceed the total amount paid by that guest for the relevant booking.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with Keba Guesthouse shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
